Let me introduce myself, my name is Marc Boisson and I am your Head Chef. I have been a chef for the last 20 years travelling across Europe .
I have worked in various 4 star Hotels, Brasseries, Steak Houses and Michelin starred Restaurants, such as Le Café de Paris, in Monaco and the l’assiette Champenoise in Reims , and most recently the White Hart at Yeldham.
I do believe the A’la Carte is not the work of 1 person but a team, and therefore my team and I would like to introduce to you our new A’la Carte Menu, we hope you enjoy and please let us know your comments both good and bad because they will only help to move the Hotel forward in the future.
