Terms and Conditions

Deposits
Your booking is provisional until written confirmation is received together with a deposit of £200.00. This deposit is non refundable. A provisional booking will be held for up to 7 days. The deposit paid will be deducted from the final balance.
Minimum Numbers
Minimum numbers will be advised at the time of booking and may vary to suit seasonal changes. Final numbers must be notified to the hotel at least 72 hours prior to the event. The charge to the client will be the final number advised, unless the numbers go up.
Outside Services
Prior consent of The Hotel must be sought for any entertainment or services contracted for the function by the client. The hotel reserves the right to judge acceptable levels of noise or behaviour of The Client, guests or representatives and The Client must take all steps necessary to correct. In the event of failure to comply with management requests, The Hotel reserves the right to terminate the contract and stop the event without liability to any refund or compensation.
Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% and were correct at the time of going to press. These prices are subject to change without notice.
Pre Payment Policy
Three months before 50% of the total estimated bill
One month before 50% of the total estimated bill
On departure extra bills that may have been incurred.
A credit card number will also be requested to cover extras not settled on departure.

Cancellation
Any cancellation, postponement or partial cancellation should be advised to the Hotel in the first instance verbally. The Hotel will make every effort to resell the space on your behalf, however does reserve the right to make a cancellation charge if it is deemed that insufficient notice has been given of the cancellation.
The Hotel may cancel the booking if:
The booking might prejudice the reputation of the Hotel.
The Hotel becomes aware of any alteration in The Clients financial situation.
The Hotel does not receive the account payment 14 full days prior to the event.
General Liability
The Hotel shall not be liable for any failure to provide facilities and services as a result of matters outside its control.
The Hotel must comply with certain licensing and statutory regulations and requires the Client to fully support them in this.
The Hotel cannot be held responsible for the quality of the food if not served at the scheduled time due to late arrival.
Due to hygiene regulations, food items will not be released off the premises after the event.
The Client will be asked to reimburse The Hotel for any damage caused to the property, contents of grounds, by any of your guests
